Please be kindly reminded that W3C encourages translations for stable 
technical reports, e.g., Recommendations, Group Notes, Statements and 
Registries. The other types of documents are still developing and will 
change with times:
https://www.w3.org/standards/types/

MathML Core is currently a Working Draft and will continue evolving on 
W3C Recommendation track, so we won't be able to add it to W3C 
translation database at this moment. You're highly welcome to translate 
its final standard (when it becomes W3C Recommendation) into Japanese, 
and I'll be happy to add the translation in database.

Please inform <w3c-translators@w3.org> of your translation intention 
before you start a translation, so that we can work together earlier on 
checking the document's status. The "e-mail template for Intention to 
Translate" can be found at:
