Getting Started with Internationalization: Retranslation needed

folks,

Earlier this year i substantially reorganised the following page:

Getting Started with Internationalization
https://www.w3.org/International/getting-started/

but i forgot to alert those people who had translated this page before.


Retranslations are needed for the following languages, (i include former 
translators in parens) and i'd be grateful for any volunteers.  If i get 
no response for a particular language, i will after a while unlink the 
translation, because the changes made were substantive (to improve the 
usability of the page and its fit with the latest set of top-level 
information).
