Updated Application as LTO for translation of WCAG 2.1

Dear members of W3C,

Aktion Mensch e.V. (supported by Accenture Interactive) would like to apply for translating WCAG 2.1 into German as Lead Translation Organisation. We have gathered a group of stakeholders from Germany, Switzerland and Austria which comprises representatives of public and private institutions and organisations of people with disabilities. Some of these also participated in the translation process of WCAG 2.0.
