I see Shadi Abou-Zahra, W3C Accessibility Strategy and Technology 
Specialist, first replied your earlier email on July 12 and then 
followed up on September 16. We haven't heard back from you though... 
Any chance that those emails reach you successfully, regarding the list 
of stakeholders for the authorized translation?
