[Korean] Intention of Translations - Selectors Level 4

I confirm that I have searched the Translations database (https://www.w3.org/2005/11/Translations/Query?titleMatch=Selectors+Level+4&lang=ko&search1=Submit) and the mailing-list archives (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-translators/).
 
 
 
Unless there are objections within the next few days, I will proceed with the translation into Korean of the following document:
