finally, the German translation is now done. As in the past I’ve also

it’s attached here for the W3C I18N Activity.

Two notes regarding the original: There’s a typo in form of “the the.”
Then, are the interpuncts in the code intended? See
<http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-http-and-lang#http>.
