I have some more translations in my queue.

Please send me the PHP files of:
(1) http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-forms-utf-8.en.php
(2) http://www.w3.org/International/quicktips/Overview and the editable 
source of the PDF card which should also be translated, I guess.
