Dear w3c-translator, I noticed that somebody (L. Sanhakij <napa34@samart.co.th>) already volunteered to do translation HTML specification into Thai back in 1998. But when I tried to contact him through the email. The email is no longer valid. So, I am willing to be a volunteer to continue in translation of the HTML specification into Thai.
