To whom it may concern,

We are I. T. Promotion Division of Institute for Information Industry, 
Taiwan.  We are planning to translate the XML 1.0 specification in 
traditional-chinese (BIG-5).

We'll proceed the translation from April 10, and estimate to complete it on 
May 25, 2000.   Publication day will be June 30, 2000.  As per your 
instruction on the URL, our translation will disclose:
