To whom it may concern, We are I. T. Promotion Division of Institute for Information Industry, Taiwan. We are planning to translate the XML 1.0 specification in traditional-chinese (BIG-5). We'll proceed the translation from April 10, and estimate to complete it on May 25, 2000. Publication day will be June 30, 2000.
