as effectively forming a datatyping subgroup, and propose that:
- Patrick should also be in the subgroup
- e-mail traffic should go to the main mailing list with subject line
"DATATYPE ..." (so that it can be ignored by non-dt people).


Brian, could this proposal go on the agenda for Friday, please?
