n-triples: whitespace details, SiRPAC [was: Test...]

Yes, I think so.

Well... the format wouldn't be ambiguous without it, I don't
think, but if you take my perl script as part of the specification
we agreed to, it depends on whitespace between terms.

Hmm... I tried to clarify whitespace issues in
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2001May/0287.html
but "any number of spaces" doesn't clearly rule out zero.
