proposed agenda for teleconference, 23 sep

The SAFIR review indicated reservations about using presentation-list
(known previously as "display-list") form for the basis of renderings.
We can further discuss this on Monday.  Other suggestions are welcome.

Proposed agenda:

1. Update/questions regarding the Sep30/Oct1 meeting.

2. Discussion of rendering from presentation-list form.
