cambridge meeting record

I am certain that I alone will not be able to fully record the
discussion and events of our meeting in Cambridge.  Such a record will
be important in many ways, and I would appreciate having at least
two other volunteers take notes and participate in the editorial work
to present the meeting record to this list.  Let me know if you can
help in this regard.
