I forgot to point out that you also get a fairly capable
rendering to text if you visit that page with Lynx, of course.

Note that everything comes out fine if your window is wide
enough, but the large double-integral will wrap (line-by-line)
on a normal 80-column display, which pretty much ruins its
appearance.  This will have to be addressed by line breaking.
