Sample document rendered.

I have placed the sample document on the Web.  Adding the extra
operators and compounds i mentioned yields a successful rendering.

The document is at

and you can select the first link on the page to have it rendered
by MINSE.  The source of the document is almost exactly what i posted;
i changed "funcdep" to "transp", a compound for transposing vectors.

Although the typesetting is not perfect, i am quite happy with the
results.
