However, it appears that the XML Core WG "owns" this specification now: http://www.w3.org/2005/02/xml-core-wg-charter.html and I briefly spoke to Jose' earlier this year about some changes they were planning and he said he'd send something along to this list, but I never saw anything. In any case, I hope this email will find the right folks at the W3C as I'm not sure people follow this list much anymore.
