Hi Experts, I am working on a project where I need to use XML Signature to authenticate the server to the client, as well as for integrity checking. I had a question relating to its use. As per the related spec., I need to introduce the <ds:signature> element and its descendants into the message which is to be signed. However, I wanted to find out if I am restricted to placing it in the message header only, or do I have the flexibility to place it in the message body too? I had referred to the Web Services Security document which seemed to indicate that the <ds:signature> element had to be inserted in the SOAP header only. Thanks a ton, -Ravi _______________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Express yourself with Y! Messenger! Free. Download now. http://messenger.yahoo.com
