WebDAV and modern HTTP

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any activity or interest in having a WebDAV 
spec for HTTP/2 and HTTP/3. I believe the multiplexing of h2 and h3 
could help improve webdav.

Is there a way for me to get involved in helping existing efforts or 
(attempt to) start in this direction?
