FYI: This draft contains a few editorial improvements and updates of references. There's one open issue that Cyrus raised a few weeks ago on this mailing list (<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-dist-auth/2009OctDec/0010.html>): should we add support for creating collections as well? I'm still waiting for more feedback on this issue.
