These are summarized in Appendix F, but a full review of the document is required to see the entire scope. Because of the low level of energy in the group, the IESG does not anticipate receiving a Draft Standard candidate from the group as a successor to this document. A key question for reviewers is whether this document is substantially better than RFC 2518 and should replace it. The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final comments on this action. Please send substantive comments to the ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2007-01-21.
