(I don't believe we have a BugZilla entry to track progress on this, so I'm
adding it).

GULP (<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-dist-auth/2005OctDec/1003.html>)
is a working group driven attempt to describe the WebDAV locking model in an
understandable way.

During a teleconference in Nov/Dec 2005, the participants have agreed that it
would be a good idea to integrate that text (or something similar) into RFC2518bis.

At this point, feedback on

- whether the GULP text indeed describes the WebDAV locking model, and

- what's the best way to integrate the text into the draft

would be appreciated.
