FYI, there will be a breakout session on the topic of advanced collections
functionality during the Minneapolis IETF meeting.  Like the breakout
session at the last IETF, this is not an official meeting of the working
group, but it is open to all who wish to *work* on open issues in the
advanced collections specification.

What:  Advanced Collections Breakout Session
When:  Tuesday, March 16, 9:00AM
Where: Minneapolis IETF, exact spot TBD, to be posted to the list and on the
IETF bulletin board once known
Who:   open to all
