The HTML Working Group invites implementation of the Candidate
Recommendation of "HTML Canvas 2D Context." This specification
defines the 2D Context for the HTML canvas element. The 2D
Context provides objects, methods, and properties to draw and

First Public Working Draft: Web Annotation Protocol Published

of "Web Annotation Protocol." Annotations are typically used
to convey information about a resource or associations between
resources. Simple examples include a comment or tag on a single

The Linked Data Platform (LDP) Working Group has published a
Group Note of "Linked Data Platform Paging 1.0." This document
describes a HTTP-based protocol for clients and servers to be
able to efficiently retrieve large Linked Data Platform
Resource representations by splitting up the responses into

W3C Invites Implementations of XML Inclusions (XInclude) Version 1.1

The XML Core Working Group invites implementation of the
Candidate Recommendation of "XML Inclusions (XInclude) Version
1.1." This document specifies a processing model and syntax
for general purpose inclusion. Inclusion is accomplished by
merging a number of XML information sets into a single
composite infoset. Specification of the XML documents
(infosets) to be merged and control over the merging process is
expressed in XML-friendly syntax (elements, attributes, URI

Draft of "Requirements for Hangul Text Layout and Typography."
This document describes requirements for general Korean
language/Hangul text layout and typography realized with
technologies like CSS, SVG and XSL-FO. The document is mainly
based on a project to develop the international standard for
