With "DOM Level 3 Core," software developers and script authors manipulate the content, structure and style of Web documents. "DOM Level 3 Load and Save" allows programs and scripts to load, serialize and filter document contents. Attendees will discuss two topics: application development using the Web as a platform-independent environment, and standardization of documents created in multiple markup languages. The documents specify protocols for distributing and registering public keys for use with the XML Signature and XML Encryption W3C Recommendations. Comments are welcome through 1 October.
