I developed an automatic regression testing system for SVG based on your

The concept is based on the OpenGL conformance testsuite, specifying points
for each test-case, where the colour of the pixels are verified against the
Those tests can be done automatically, and be verified automatically

You can take my development, and improve/publish it, if you want to.

The following things are on the TODO list (unsorted):
* remove the dependency on OpenCV for the verification
* Better debugging output, result details and reasons on their own pages
* Cross-verification of several engines, and having an Common-Denominator
result (which features work everywhere?)
* Improved point database (I guess someone else than me should do that)
* Explanations of the errors for the developers.
* Improved Statistics
* Versioning

Please tell me, if you are interested in adopting this solution, and whether
you want to take over the development here, or need additional help from me.

Best regards,
Philipp Gühring
