Re: New W3C Process to go into effect on August 18

Hi all,

The W3C Process 2025 has been released [1] and the specifications must
now follow the new process.
Respec and bikeshed have been updated accordingly so if you are using
the latest version of the generators, you should be all set.

As a reminder, the new process retired the status of Proposed
Recommendation [2] from the Recommendation track.

Regards,

Denis Ah-Kang
