Scolling ToC issue

Dear ReSpec support,

I have an issue with respec in the sense that in a desktop environment of one of my clients the table of contents is not shown in a frame but expanded in the main HTML. This issue occurs in multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge) and does not occur when I try it outside that desktop environment. Do you have any idea what causes this issue?
