Hi spec-prod, Based on the data collected by the webref project [1], I've been building two automatically maintained views of data extracted from Web specifications which may be useful to those of us working on specifications. WebIDLPedia has been around for some time, but wasn't announced here; it provides a view of all IDL fragments described in browser targeting specifications [2], including consolidated views of interfaces sometimes defined across multiple specifications: https://dontcallmedom.github.io/webidlpedia/ WebDex collects all the terms defined in Web specifications [3] that follow the bikeshed dfn contract [4] (which both bikeshed and ReSpec supports), and lists which specifications include the definition, which specifications links to the said term as well as other additional metadata: https://dontcallmedom.github.io/webdex/ (it provides a more in depth view of the one provided by the XRef tool ReSpec users might be familiar with https://respec.org/xref/ ) Both these tools can be used to explore what names and identifiers are used across specifications; as spec editors, they can also be used to identify which specifications depend on the terms you define, and so may need to be consulted when you're thinking of changing or removing such a term. They're updated a few times per day, and managed via github pages: https://github.com/dontcallmedom/webidlpedia https://github.com/dontcallmedom/webdex/ Feedback and suggestions are welcomed!
