(This has been an issue with several working groups of mine…)
We seem to have problems auto-publishing WG notes via ECHIDNA. I am not sure what is expected. The example I use is one of the group notes of the DID WG.
The document we try to publish is in [1], using a Github action script at [2]. I already realized this morning that the specStatus value had to be changed (from WG-NOTE to NOTE), and this did happen (it would have been good to be warned that this change is to be done due to the new process…). However, we still receive error messages, see [3].
I do not know what is expected (where is that documented?); the text generated by respec[1] includes:
> The W3C Patent Policy does not carry any licensing requirements or commitments on this document.
>
> This document is governed by the 2 November 2021 W3C Process Document.
Can we get this fixed? In the two active working groups we have about 8-10 WG Notes that are all under ECHIDNA and, I presume, they would all fail to update…
Thanks
Ivan
