Re: [pubrules] add rule to make sure all the resources under the same directory

Hi all, the new version (v5.6.0) of Pubrules is deployed. 

Although it’s April Fool’s Day, this is a serious new feature and would probably block some unqualified documents from being published. If you have any question, feel free to contact me.
