[ReSpec] conflicts with "AdBlocker Ultimate" extension

tl;dr: If you don't use "AdBlocker Ultimate" as a browser extension,
you can ignore this email.

Hi ReSpec folks,
A few people using "AdBlocker Ultimate" have reported an issue whereby
AdBlocker Ultimate is removing some of ReSpec's UI buttons.

## What happened?
AdBlocker Ultimate is erroneously hiding buttons that have a
"download" attribute on them, which means that some folks have been
unable to use the "Save as HTML" button from within ReSpec.

## How to fix
If you encounter this issue, you can add your spec's URL to AdBlocker
Ultimate's white list. That should restore things.

I've also reported the issue to the AdBlocker Ultimate, but have not
yet heard back from them.
