Re: Regarding XHTML format output

Sorry - this was with Respec.  Basically with the recent permission to use
HTML5 in recommendations the 'unhtml5.js' module was removed from the
processing stream in respec, so it is not creating valid xhtml any longer.
 Easy to fix I think.
