Respec and biblio.js

Hi,
I added a reference to biblio.js, did a pull request and the request was  
merged
https://github.com/darobin/respec/pull/91

But I still don't seem to be able to use the reference from my spec. What  
is going on?
Is the github version of biblio.js the one actually used or is there a  
need for an extra sync?

This is not the first time I do it, previously worked fine
