[ReSpec.js] Not including a link to http://www.w3.org/TR/... for ED

Hello,

I had a request (
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webevents/2012JanMar/0013.html)
to remove the link to the w3.org/TR/ as the document has not yet been
published.

Is this possible now, or could something be added to the config section to
support that?
