Hello Antoine, I haven't done a quick table of contents like that shown, but I have created a toc that incorporates other things than just headings [1]. I think it's just a question of adapting the XSLT used with XMLspec. You don't need to adapt the DTD at all. If you're familiar with XSLT, that's fairly simple to do. Just take a copy of the main toc and cut it down a little. Btw, in case it helps, I think the main thing you have to focus on to understand XMLSpec is the tables in section 7 of the documentation (assuming the docn for 2.1 is still the latest). I use a doctored version of this at [2] where I added a row at the bottom of the tables containing element names to help me see clearer (red stuff is things I added to the DTD).
