XML Spec Stylesheets V1.4 released from Norman Walsh on 2002-09-03 (spec-prod@w3.org from July to September 2002)

I just published V1.4 of the XML Spec stylesheets[1]. This release
fixes a bug reported by Henry Thompson in 'slist' processing and
refactors the altlocs element from the header for easier
customization.
