hello,
subject: project charter mobile market gaps (collaboration and influencing
needs)
here is a proposal of device independence from the operating system
independence from oem manufacturers, to google, to phone's "firmware board/
motherboard / bios" capabilities that bind a consumer with the older
versions of android phone compulsorily (and with a need for "mobile phone
common operating system image format standard in w3c entity or appropriate
entity").
goals:
proposal of device independence, oem phone manufacturer policy and
monitoring
- common needed bootable phone os standard
- better bios/ firmware/os based phone os installation, & upgrade
- better app/os removal/ upgradation
- fair electronics operation market

https://drive.google.com/file/d/12K9L4i5RgCHm5wd52jRTMBmxbjsewo1N/view?usp=drive_link
+w3c (and request to w3c to appropriate point of contact)
+Indian police (commissioner+): since what has been requested in the
charter has law, patent law, business law/sale strategy and implementation
impact.
meity, fbi, cyber watch, and governance entities have been reached out due
to unavailable and absence of monitoring and policy for device
manufacturers in the indian, emea, asia pacific, european, us, and the uk.
please share the same copy to all responsible in niti ayog, ministry of
law, fbi, un cyber, cbi, policing, and justice, and the parliament
signatory groups (preferably, in cc to me for any follow up needed if any
on a later date).
