Hello Lee, No we never made one. At some point a few years ago, it became obvious that since validity was just one of the quality criteria for a web page and since so many websites claimed to be valid but weren't, that we continue to encourage people to validate their websites, but we stopped putting the validity icons forward. There is however a dedicated imagery for HTML5 here <https://www.w3.org/html/logo/>, With kind regards, Coralie > On 29 Oct 2025, at 19:04, Lee Friend <leefriend.uk@gmail.com> wrote: > > Hello, > > I was programming an old web page of mine, and realised this code of yours might need to be updated to 5? > > https://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html401 > > Do you have a 5? > > Regards > Lee > > -- > https://leefriend.org -- Coralie Mercier (she/her) - Director of W3C Marketing & Communications mailto:coralie@w3.org - https://www.w3.org/People/Coralie/
