Seeking help with IRC for Community Group

To whom it may concern,

Lisa Seeman and I are temporary co-chairs for the global-inclusion
community group <https://www.w3.org/community/global-inclusion/>. I was not
involved with setting up the group and I read the getting started document
and information about IRC, but the IRC link on our main page is not working
for me. I am new to this, so I am sure it's probably user error. We had to
use Google Docs for notes during our first meeting because I could not get
it to work.  Who can I talk to about this?
