Missing schema file

We have been referencing this link http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime<https://www.pwg.org/sm/schemas/Rev2.905/http___www_w3_org_2005_05_xmlmime.html> for an application and now it is showing Document not found on the W3.org web page can you please advise on the appropriate location of this file?
