Hi Gaurav, Several W3C services were momentarily unavailable on Monday due to a maintenance operation conducted by our hosting provider for which unfortunately we had not receive any advance notice. https://status.w3.org/incidents/b7v08l2f4dml I see that you were able to create your W3C account later, so I'm guessing you are all set now.
