Unable to subscribe to CG lists

Hello.

I have attempted several times to subscribe to W3C BG/CG lists (e.g.
public-patcg-request@w3.org) using my work e-mail address. Each time I
receive no response from the listserve (that I can find). I suspected that
perhaps the request was being rejected to some spam issue, but our tech
staff claim that our domain is clean with respect to spam domain listings.

Please advise how to troubleshoot this.
