503 Service Unavailable
today (ip 128.30.52.100) both on http and https.
Redirect from w3.org and w3c.org to www.w3.org works, but after redirect hits same 503.
Same 503 error on https://[2603:400a:ffff:804:801e:34:0:64]/ (www.w3.org does not have IPv6 mapping, only w3.org)
