A problem with FullScreen

There is a problem with the FullScreen feature that should be
addressed. Fullscreen should survive new pages and js alerts, IF it would
already on - (by user click) on the original site. Otherwise us coders have
a real problem keeping our users (who requested fullscreen) in fullscreen.
