Issue joining the Solid Community Group

Dear W3C support staff,

I'm contacting you because I think there is an issue with my request to
join the Solid community group. I submitted a request to join some time
ago, which was never approved. I'm not listed as a CG member, and when I
re-submit a request, I get a message saying that "You already requested
to join this group".

I have been in touch with the CG chairs, and they don't see any pending
request from my account. Do you know what the issue could be ?
