Mailing Lists and Usage Policies

Dear Mari and Ian,

To Mari: I meant that one of usage policies at www.w3.org, especially its
mailing list, refered to a licence available at www.creativecommons.org
which was CC0 of which the concerned page was troubled --the trouble was I
would say to Ian below.

To Ian: the page https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ was be
able to open but the icon "disclaimer" was not: I wandered if it was a
guidance to access the full text of the licence.

Regard,
Guntur Wiseno Putra
