To Whom It May Concern,

I noticed that the specification "XML Path Language (XPath) Version
1.0" [1] is not linked in the XPath Cover Page [2].

This is unfortunate because there are still other technical documents
out there that utilize and/or refer to this version of the XPath
language.

Hope this can be fixed.
