Hi --

I could find no useful way to report these, such that they may
be removed from the archives (which I believe is appropriate).
Pages I've read include --

* https://www.w3.org/Mail/Spam
* https://www.w3.org/Help/Webmaster
* https://www.w3.org/Mail/ArchiveEditingPolicy

The absolute prohibition of spam did not prevent these messages
from being sent to list subscribers, nor from being retained in
the archives.

I could find no button, address, etc., by which to report that
someone else had sent messages which should be removed from the
archives -- because they are undeniably spam/noise.

Problematic messages include the following --

Thanks for your time.

Ted

A: Yes.                          http://www.idallen.com/topposting.html
| Q: Are you sure?
| | A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation.
| | | Q: Why is top posting frowned upon?
