Where to start with JSON Schema

Hi!

I represent a group of people who are working on the JSON Schema specification.
JSON Schema is like XSD but for JSON.
It’s already used by many organisations around the world including Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.

Currently, we publish drafts under IETF DRAFT documents, and we have started to think about how we move from draft to RFC, and to accepted standard.
(The project was originally run by other people, and then mostly abandoned.)
One of the editors contacted the IETF to try and get a feel for what would be required, and was met with hostility.

We are wondering what the process would be if we wanted to migrate the specification to W3C.

Who are we best to get in contact with? Which working group/s should we address?

I’m not sure who I should be trying to make contact with, so proceeded to reach out using the general feedback option, as suggested on the contact page.

Thanks
Ben
