My configuration:
Windows 7
SeaMonkey 2.49.2

When I try to veiw the table of named character references in Section
8.5, the third column of the table extends indefinitely to the right
with no content.  If I disable CSS, I can then see the characters;
however, the table structure -- cell boundary lines -- are then not seen.
